Mix until lumpless into a warm mug of this:
And to finish, add a load of this:
And you have what is now called The Gutbuster.
The Gutbuster is dietitian approved - I just spoke to her on the phone and she loved my concoction - and you are advised to drink it slowly. Lying down after for a while may be necessary.
